EAR 2010
I was joking with one of my friends about making a Earnestine Annual Report, but then I thought it would be a pretty interesting thing to do. Update everyone on what I accomplished the year before and what I plan to do in the upcoming year. I’d make it in video format and post it on facebook or something. It would force me to make some actual plans and give me a reason to reevaluate my life. I have 6 months to think about it.
Next week, I’m suppose to talk to some people about working at the Treasure Island Music Festival. Unfortunately, it would be unpaid work, but you gotta start somewhere, right? I rather work and not get paid than miss out on it. But then thing is, I’m not really “starting” since I’ve worked at festivals before. That’s the annoying thing. I’m definitely qualified to get paid and if I do work there, I better be doing something interesting. No information booth or collecting bottles for recycling. That’s what I’ve seen other volunteers to at festivals, but they’re just kids that wanted to go to the show for free; not really interested in making a career outta it. Hopefully, I can make some good contacts for my PR client. That would be awesome.
random survey
I won’t even use myspace to post surveys anymore. I still have the account because like one friend isn’t on facebook yet. I do use myspace to listen to music, but you don’t need an account to do that.

2. How do you like your steak? very well done.

No one to blame
The more I think about it, the more I wish I could take it back. Nothing good came out of it. I guess this is what happens when my emotions get the most of me. I was feeling bad, thought I’d do something to make myself feel better, but I only feel worse. Ugh. I wince every time I think back to it.

Maybe. I’ll probably be something a little bit more original.
Work it, girl!
With Lollapalooza only a month away, I’ve started a workout plan. Mainly because this guy was like, “you looked so hot last time.” That’s a lot to live up too! Especially since I don’t agree. (Your standard fluctuating body image issues.) ::sigh:: I guess I’ll lay off the Round Table Pizza and cheeseburgers too. ::sniff sniff::
Edit: I totally had a bacon cheeseburger this week…
4th of you lie
I’m not really into Independence Day. Haven’t been for quite some time, mainly because black people weren’t free on July 4th. I have grudgingly gone with my parents to the fireworks display, but not after making a statement.
But today I did celebrate it. I had some friends over and we barbecued and watched the fireworks all over the bay (we had a good view of everything.) It was a good amount of people since I thought only 3 were coming. We had SO MUCH FOOD! We (my mom, uncle, sister and I) were cooking since 6 and stopped around 10ish. I hope I put everything away…
What was so funny was when my sister and a friend had some bottle rockets in their hands that they thought were sparklers, hahahahahaha. Sparks flew like all on their arms, there was this loud whistling noise and the bottle rockets shot off into the sky all while they were holding it. My sister and friend screamed and everyone ran from them laughing. It was pretty funny. It was nice to hang out with my friends again. The majority I’ve known for 10+ years (!)
Grow up
I gotta make a phone call that I re-he-heally don’t want to make.
God help me.
Update: So I called and got no information. Now, I have to do everything myself. I hope it’s not too expensive… Of course it will be! Peace of mind always is.
